Unfortunately as of the Genesis patch, performance has been degraded due to changes in the core game files. Resource usage, latency and FPS have all been impacted by this patch. If you are seeing abnormally high pings it is not due to your routing to the server but poor coding of the recent patch. Troubleshooting your mods can help alleviate some of the issue as there are quite a few mods that are not fully compatible with the update. Also as of the 89.38 patch, Wildcard has removed the pdb and the ARK API is no longer working. It is unlikely they will add this back in an upcoming patch and a new version of the API will need to be released. For now you'll need to uninstall the API in order for the server to run.
ASA Genesis Part 1 can be utilized by changing the map name to Genesis_WP in the Commandline Manager.
