How to open the config file:

1. Log into the game control panel at https://game.auxilex.com
2. Stop the server.
3. Click on the "Configuration Files" tab.
4. Open the GameUserSettings.ini via the "Text Editor" or "Configuration Editor". The Configuration Editor provides basic settings via a GUI. The Text Editor allows for editing (or adding) of parameters via a text file.
5. Find the [ServerSettings] line if using the Text Editor. Place every server setting underneath this line. It acts as a header to divide up different types of settings.
6. Be sure to click "Save & Exit" when finished making changes.
7. Start the server.

You may adjust the options by changing them to True/False accordingly or by modifying their number values. If a parameter you'd like to use is not present, simply add it on a new line.

Notes:

• Server join passwords and admin passwords can be set via the Commandline Manager.
• The ARK server must be shut down before saving any changes to config files.
