After originally providing ARK Remote to our clients we have since discontinued its use due to security issues in the code and the fact it has not been updated by the developer since August of 2015. The ARK Remote forum thread is riddled with issues from users and the developer has abandoned this software and is not addressing these concerns.
Luckily, TCAdmin provides all the same functionality as ARK Remote with the exception of mod installation, which we found most clients were using ARK Remote for anyway. We have since created our own custom mod installer and updater which includes automation and has rendered ARK Remote obsolete.
