In-Game Server Browser
1. Open your ARK:SA client
2. Next click on Join Game, then click on the Unofficial tab
3. Enable the checkbox "Show Player Servers"
4. Make sure your Map/PvP filters are set to "All". Only check "Show Password Protected Servers" if using a join password.
5. On Xbox, "Xbox Only Online Multiplayer" should NOT be checked. On PS5, "Playstation Only Online Multiplayer" should NOT be checked.
6. Use the search bar in the top right to search for you server's hostname then refresh the session list.
7. Click on the server name in the list and then click Join to connect.
Via the Console on PC
1. Open the console in-game with the tilde ~ key
2. Type "open" followed by the server IP/port you were assigned at setup. i.e. open 34.54.59.127:27025
In-Game Favorites
Once you've located your server you can add it to the Favorites tab for easy recall in the future.
1. Simply click on the server in the Unofficial list then click "Add to Favorites" at the bottom of the page
If you are not seeing the server please login to your control panel and check the ShooterGame.log to make sure the server is connectable. It can take several minutes for full server start-up. If the log is stuck at mod loading, a mod is crashing the server.
If you are still unable to find the server please send us a ticket with a screenshot of your unofficial server list. We will help you find which filter is causing you not to see the server.
Note: The server will not show via Steam favorites as the game is not queried via Steam.
