The steps to placing an upgrade order are as follows:
1. Login to the billing panel (https://my.auxilex.com)
2. Navigate to the "My Services" section under the "Services" dropdown
3. Click on the the service you wish to upgrade
4. In the "Actions" menu on the left side you will find the link to "Upgrade/Downgrade Options". You will then be shown the options for upgrading. If you are on a mobile device you may need to scroll over to see the upgrade link.
Most downgrades can also be performed in the same manner. Downgrades must be initiated 48 hours prior to service due date.
