The first thing you will need is an FTP client. We recommend using FileZilla. It can be downloaded from here:

Instructions:
- Once downloaded, run the installer and open the program.
- Log into the Game Panel and view the game service you'd like to log into FTP for.
- Under the 'Server Information' tab you will see something that says 'FTP: server ip:ftp port'. Copy these numbers. They should look something like this: 167.114.172.201:8821. Paste them into the 'Hostname' box of FileZilla.
- The username/password are the same credentials as you use to log into the Game Panel. Your password can be changed from within the panel if necessary.
- The port will automatically adjust itself to whatever the correct value is (8821) if you copy/paste the 'FTP' info from the panel correctly into FileZilla.
- You're all set! You can now begin dragging/dropping files to and from your server.
