Service cancellations can be performed as follows:
1. Login to the billing panel (https://my.auxilex.com)
2. Click on "Services" and then click "My Services"
3. Find the service you wish to cancel and click on it to view details
4. Click on "Request Cancellation"
5. Fill out the form then click the button that says "Request Cancellation"
